Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned rooms, common areas, and facilities to meet company sanitation standards.
  • Ensure all housekeeping supplies and equipment are used correctly and maintained in good working order.
  • Manage the replenishment of guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor immediately.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests or staff requests.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
  • Assist in deep cleaning tasks and inventory counts on a scheduled basis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality or related fields.
  • Proven work experience as a Housekeeper or similar role is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
