Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned rooms, common areas, and facilities to meet company sanitation standards.
- Ensure all housekeeping supplies and equipment are used correctly and maintained in good working order.
- Manage the replenishment of guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests or staff requests.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks and inventory counts on a scheduled basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality or related fields.
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeper or similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
