Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) daily.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to the supervisor.
- Organize and maintain housekeeping storage areas, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and labeled.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors in guest rooms and common spaces.
- Handle laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding linens and towels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA).
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
