Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned guest rooms and public areas.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization.
- Ensure that all guest amenities are properly stocked and refreshed according to company guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Manage linen inventory and ensure a fresh supply of towels and beddings at all times.
- Handle cleaning supplies responsibly, ensuring safe storage and efficient usage.
- Assist in deep-cleaning projects and periodic property maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle routine housekeeping tasks throughout the shift.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to follow strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and follow a shift schedule.
