Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including bed-making, linen replacement, and restocking amenities
- Maintain immaculate standards in public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and dining spaces
- Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Complete daily cleaning assignments within specified timeframes
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and lifting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
