Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform daily room cleaning, linen changes, and restocking of amenities
- Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment to management promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with front desk and other departments for seamless guest services
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisition forms
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles
- Physical stamina to perform standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid health certificate and willingness to undergo training
