Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and personnel files.
  • Administer payroll processes, attendance tracking, and leave management in compliance with company policy and local regulations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports regarding headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics for management review.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and handle employee inquiries regarding benefits and company regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
