We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff HR & Recruitment to join our team in Kabupaten Pasuruan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our human capital operations, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to drive our business forward.

The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, possesses a strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, and excels in building professional relationships across all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that foster a productive and positive workplace culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, database systems, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide effective hiring solutions.
  • Facilitate the new hire orientation process to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and internal communications to ensure organizational compliance and alignment.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee retention and engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment roles.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Resilient, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Willing to be based in Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
