Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee employee administration systems including contracts, records, and documentation
- Implement and monitor attendance tracking systems with timely reporting
- Coordinate employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration
- Assist in developing HR policies and compliance with labor regulations
- Handle payroll administration support and employee benefits coordination
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as HR Staff or similar role
- S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
- Proficiency in HR administration systems and attendance management tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven problem-solving skills in HR operations
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
