Sukanda Djaya is seeking a dedicated Staff HRGA to join our dynamic human resources team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage comprehensive personnel administration functions including new onboarding, benefits administration, promotion and transfer processes, demotion management, attendance tracking, and absence monitoring. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations. You'll serve as a vital link between employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes and documentation
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation adjustments
- Handle promotion, transfer, and demotion procedures with proper documentation
- Monitor attendance systems and manage absence reporting procedures
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate screening
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HRGA or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (PP 81/2015)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters diplomatically
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
