We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staff HSE (K3 - Lingkungan) to join our dynamic team in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our operations align with strict health, safety, and environmental regulations, minimizing risks while fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
Your primary focus will be on identifying potential hazards, conducting thorough risk assessments, and implementing preventive measures to protect both our workforce and the environment. You will be the guardian of our K3 standards, ensuring compliance with national laws and internal policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and environmental audits to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Develop and implement engaging HSE training programs to raise awareness among employees regarding safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor environmental impacts and ensure waste management practices align with sustainability goals and environmental permits.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of safety performance, training sessions, and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and daily operations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive safety reports to management to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Valid K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification (S1 or S2 preferred).
- Proven experience in HSE roles within the industrial or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulations regarding K3 and environmental protection (UU K3).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective training and reporting.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and MS Office applications.
