This critical role demands a proactive professional to develop, implement, and monitor robust Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols for our transportation fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce HSE policies for transport operations including vehicle inspections, driver training, and load safety protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits for transportation activities and routes
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents to implement corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with OHS regulations, environmental permits, and transport-specific safety standards
- Coordinate emergency response planning for transport-related incidents
- Prepare HSE reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews
- Train and mentor drivers on safe handling procedures, emergency protocols, and environmental best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in logistics, transport, or mining operations
- Certified HSE Professional (SMK3/K3 Umum) or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian OHS regulations and transport safety standards
- Experience with environmental management systems and sustainability reporting
- Excellent analytical skills for incident investigation and risk mitigation
- Proven ability to develop training programs and safety communication materials
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting software
