Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze work processes to calculate standard times and identify inefficiencies
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process analysis and recommendations
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish performance standards
- Utilize simulation software to model and optimize production workflows
- Train staff on new processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in industrial engineering tools (Minitab, Arena, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
