MAS Holdings is a global leader in the textile, apparel, and lingerie industry. We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Staff Industrial Engineer (Production Area) to join our dynamic team in Semarang.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our production operations by managing and optimizing 3-4 production lines, each supporting approximately 19 operators. You will be responsible for supporting production targets through proactive problem-solving, process analysis, and the implementation of industrial engineering principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3-4 production lines with a team of 19 operators per line.
- Analyze current production workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement industrial engineering problem-solving techniques to resolve production issues quickly.
- Collaborate with production managers and team leads to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize line balancing and reduce cycle times.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to enhance overall plant efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and basic statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in garment or textile manufacturing is a plus.
