Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of interior spaces for commercial workplace, hospitality, retail, and kitchen design projects
- Create detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using REVIT BIM software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design alignment and project requirements
- Develop comprehensive design packages including furniture layouts, material selections, and finishes
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT BIM software and other design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in commercial workplace, hospitality, retail, and kitchen design
- Excellent understanding of design principles, space planning, and material specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts
