Rolimex Kimia Nusamas is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Internal Audit to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our operational integrity by conducting systematic reviews, evaluating internal control systems, and identifying areas for process improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal audit programs across various business functions.
- Identify and evaluate risks related to financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Conduct field audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
- Perform periodic stock opname and asset verification audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth audit processes and data collection.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation.
- High analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Integrity-driven with an eye for detail and high ethical standards.
- Willing to travel for site audits as required.
