- Coordinate comprehensive IVF patient care plans from consultation to treatment completion
- Translate medical terminology and procedures for Korean-speaking patients and families
- Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and treatment timelines efficiently
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery and protocol adherence
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
- Provide emotional support and education throughout the fertility treatment journey
- Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Health Administration, or related field
- Native or fluent Korean language proficiency (verbal/written)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare coordination or patient services
- Strong knowledge of IVF procedures and reproductive healthcare terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Empathetic communication style with cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
