Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial analysis and operational efficiency? Agarindo Biological Company is looking for a dedicated Staff Job Costing to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our production and import processes.
You will be responsible for meticulously calculating and analyzing production costs, import expenses, and overheads. Your insights will directly support our leadership team in making informed decisions regarding pricing strategies, budget allocation, and cost-control initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities within our manufacturing operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze total production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Monitor and track import costs to ensure accurate landing cost calculations.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics departments to reconcile inventory and cost data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reporting and variance analysis versus budget.
- Identify inefficiencies in the production process and propose actionable cost-saving measures.
- Support the finance team in periodic audits and financial statement preparations.
- Provide data-driven insights to assist management in effective product pricing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and MS Office (Excel advanced proficiency is mandatory).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and supply chain import costs.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
