Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial administration including transaction processing and documentation
- Input and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with departments to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
