Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in the daily preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen and food preparation areas at all times.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly and handled with strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure a visually appealing dining experience for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to the management promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service and efficient kitchen workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding kitchen operations and staff conduct.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment usage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain focus during busy service periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to interact effectively with the culinary team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts as required.
