- Lead post-silicon validation activities including silicon bring-up, electrical validation, and complex board-level debug
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive validation test plans for new silicon products
- Collaborate with design and verification teams to identify root causes of silicon failures
- Analyze validation data using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol testers
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for validation methodologies
- Document validation results and provide detailed technical reports to stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in post-silicon validation and silicon bring-up
- Expertise in electrical validation, timing analysis, and signal integrity
- Strong hands-on experience with complex board-level debug and validation tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional validation teams and projects
