Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end company establishment processes (PT, CV, and other business entities)
- Prepare and submit licensing documentation for operational permits
- Ensure ongoing compliance with national and regional regulations
- Maintain and update legal archives for corporate documentation
- Provide legal advice on operational compliance matters
- Coordinate with government institutions and legal authorities
- Conduct periodic legal compliance audits
- Support contract reviews and legal risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal affairs
- Deep understanding of Indonesian business establishment regulations
- Proficiency in legal documentation and administrative processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with high integrity and responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management software
