Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment, control panels, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system failures to ensure continuous and efficient production output.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all electrical installations.
- Collaborate with the production team to install, test, and commission new electrical infrastructure and equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with national electrical standards and internal safety protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all repairs, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or operators regarding equipment handling and safety.
- Participate in emergency breakdown responses to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or electrical engineering role.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, AC/DC drives, sensors, and electrical circuit diagrams.
- Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide support during urgent facility requirements in Karawang.
