PT Pop Star is a leading player in the retail and consumer goods industry, committed to high-quality manufacturing and innovative production processes. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Marker to join our production team in Bandung. As a key member of our pattern-making department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing fabric usage and ensuring the precision of our product templates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Create and execute accurate markers to optimize fabric consumption and minimize waste.
- Utilize Lectra software to develop, grade, and modify garment patterns based on design specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure patterns meet quality and sizing standards.
- Perform marker efficiency analysis to improve production cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain an organized digital library of all pattern files and marker layouts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pattern digitization and output.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specification packages for the sample room.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education; background in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering is a strong plus.
- Proven 2-5 years of professional experience as a Marker or Pattern Maker in the garment industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Lectra software is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and yield optimization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under production deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team-based manufacturing setting.
