Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership and ownership for complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, cleanroom support, and building utilities.
- Lead the engineering design, modification, and optimization of facility systems to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and execute capital improvement projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify facility needs and implement sustainable engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and internal quality requirements.
- Conduct regular facility audits and preventive maintenance planning to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors regarding technical specifications and project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in facilities engineering, specifically within the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in managing HVAC systems, process piping, and facility infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM tools.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
