Toya Indo Manunggal is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Mechanical Engineering to join our growing team in Sidoarjo. As a key member of our technical operations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing machinery and industrial equipment.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and implementing optimization strategies that drive our production capabilities forward. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all production machinery to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform complex troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Develop and implement optimization projects to improve machine efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize equipment downtime and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for essential maintenance components.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance data in the company system.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with company safety standards and industrial health regulations.
- Train and support junior technicians on proper machine operation and maintenance protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial machine maintenance or plant engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, machine components, and maintenance best practices.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with tools and machinery, including welding, lathe, or milling machines is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
