Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on electronic manufacturing machines to ensure optimal uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective, long-term technical solutions.
- Monitor production line equipment performance and execute adjustments to maintain high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to implement continuous improvement projects.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements accurately in the company database.
- Ensure that all mechanical processes adhere strictly to company safety standards and ISO protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing machinery or equipment upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor control.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and standard maintenance shop equipment.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
