Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and understand various knitting materials, production techniques, and quality standards
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies for knitting product lines
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of knitting products
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation across retail channels
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare sales forecasts and merchandise plans to meet business targets
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities
- Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements or new product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in textile or retail industry
- Deep knowledge of knitting materials, production processes, and quality control
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and inventory management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for supplier collaboration
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems) and market research methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
