Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering prescribed medications.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to specific patient requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication management, and wellness practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment at all times.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and acute changes in patient conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or private clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive clinical team.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of local dialects is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
