We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our growing healthcare team in Klang. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring clinical excellence across all operational shifts. You will work closely with Charge Nurses, Senior Staff Nurses, and the Nursing Superintendent to maintain rigorous health and safety standards while ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and nursing leadership to execute patient care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by medical practitioners.
- Assist in the maintenance of patient medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
- Support the medical team during emergency procedures and routine ward rounds.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment for patients and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with the Malaysia Nursing Board (MNB).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to function well within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
