Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with medical practitioners.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and assist during interventions, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses, accurately documenting in medical records.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised clinical environment in compliance with infection control standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline service delivery.
- Participate in continuous professional development, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Nursing Board (LJM) and Annual Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in diagnostic or medical-surgical settings.
- Proficiency in skills such as venipuncture, ECG interpretation, and patient monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities in both Malay and English.
- Capability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond calmly in emergencies.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
