Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical care and ensure patient safety across inpatient, homecare, or specialized research settings.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and execute personalized patient care plans.
- Execute specialized procedures including ICU monitoring, wound care, or research-specific protocols as required by the department.
- Communicate effectively with patients and family members regarding treatment plans and post-care recovery steps.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control policies and hospital safety regulations.
- Support senior nursing staff in daily ward or clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow management.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse).
- Possession of a valid BCLS and AED certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within diverse medical teams.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional nursing development.
