Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting.
- Continuously monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and operate specialized life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps).
- Collaborate effectively with intensivists, doctors, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in compliance with hospital standards.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Participate in emergency response teams, including code blue situations, as required.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an ICU, CCU, or high-dependency unit.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development in critical care nursing.
