Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive haemodialysis nursing care, including patient assessment, machine setup, and treatment monitoring.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary medical team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, dialysis procedures, and dietary/medication adherence.
- Operate, clean, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment, adhering strictly to safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with DaVita and MOH/SNB standards.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies, such as hypotension, cramping, or access site complications during dialysis.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projects.
- Mentor and precept new nursing staff and students rotating through the unit.
Kualifikasi
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Practising Certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience; experience in dialysis, renal, ICU, or high-dependency nursing is highly preferred.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) is mandatory. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexibly in rotating shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, acute-care environment.
