Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-acuity nursing care to patients within the Intensive Care Unit.
- Continuously monitor patient conditions, interpret complex data, and intervene promptly during emergencies.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and operate specialized life-support equipment.
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, medical specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of all patient assessments and clinical interventions.
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families, ensuring clear communication throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain strict compliance with clinical protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in an ICU or High Dependency setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Proficiency in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and patient monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based nursing.
- Ability to commit to shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
