Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical inpatient ward
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition regularly
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management, discharge planning, and follow-up care
- Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic ward environment while adhering to infection control protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
