Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and triage patients effectively in the high-volume Emergency Department.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient progress closely and respond immediately to any changes in condition or medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions in the EMR.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff at all times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing research activities.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing certificate in Singapore.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN is preferred for Senior Staff Nurse roles).
- Experience in Emergency Nursing or Acute Care is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and handle pressure.
- Commitment to professional development and patient safety.
