Tanggung Jawab
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for patients in inpatient settings.
- Provide comprehensive clinical care for patients in Geriatric and Palliative care wards, ensuring dignity and comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform complex clinical procedures as per established safety protocols.
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient progress, and clinical changes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatment regimens, and discharge management.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering strictly to infection control standards.
- Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to junior nurses and nursing students.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Active registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient, ICU, Oncology, or Geriatric setting.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and a proactive approach to patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced medical environments.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.
