Tanggung Jawab
- Assist ophthalmologists during clinical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and minor surgical interventions.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, sterile supplies, and clinical equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Accurately document patient medical records, clinical notes, and treatment plans in the center's management system.
- Educate patients and their families on ocular health, medication usage, and recovery instructions.
- Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress during clinical stays.
- Ensure the clinical area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience; experience in ophthalmology or surgical settings is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin or other dialects is a plus).
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude toward learning new technical skills.
