You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts, utilizing state-of-the-art medical technology to ensure the highest standards of safety and care for our patients. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries in the Urgent Care Centre.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and monitor vital signs to determine the urgency of care.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist physicians with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) while adhering to strict patient confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and treatment continuity.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, discharge instructions, and follow-up requirements.
- Ensure the clinical area is fully stocked, sterile, and compliant with all infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in A&E, Urgent Care, or high-acuity wards.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make critical decisions in time-sensitive situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfort anxious patients and their families.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the 24/7 care nature of the facility.
- Proficiency in standard medical software and patient management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
