- Manage daily operational activities specifically for the China and Taiwan inbound tourism market.
- Coordinate effectively with various suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Design and customize detailed, professional travel itineraries tailored to client needs.
- Handle and respond to specific requests from foreign travel agencies and clients via Mandarin.
- Communicate complex logistical information clearly to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Generate and submit accurate operational and financial reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inbound tour operations and the China/Taiwan market.
- Proven experience in itinerary planning and supplier management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and travel industry software.
