Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and operational metrics
- Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and Mandarin communication protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in operational or customer service roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software systems
