Tanggung Jawab
- Performing detailed quality control inspections on pre-owned mobile devices to ensure functionality and cosmetic condition.
- Assessing device performance, including screen functionality, battery life, camera quality, and speaker output.
- Updating inventory records accurately and maintaining a clean, organized workspace within the outlet.
- Assisting customers with inquiries regarding device specifications and current stock availability.
- Conducting basic troubleshooting and minor repairs when necessary under supervision.
- Ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed during the handling of expensive electronic items.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in electronics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in electronics or customer service, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or damages in electronic components.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and software is highly advantageous.
