Borneo International Anugerah is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Pajak (Tax) to join our dynamic finance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our organization remains compliant with Indonesian tax regulations while optimizing our financial tax reporting processes.
The ideal candidate is a professional who thrives on precision, has a deep understanding of local tax laws (PPh, PPN, and corporate tax), and possesses strong analytical skills. You will be collaborating closely with the accounting department to streamline tax filings and provide accurate financial data for internal management and external audits.
We are looking for an individual who is proactive, deadline-driven, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of integrity in all financial documentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit monthly tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile tax accounts and ensure all financial transactions comply with current Indonesian tax laws.
- Prepare annual corporate tax returns (SPT Tahunan Badan) and individual income tax returns.
- Manage e-Faktur and e-Bupot systems effectively to ensure seamless tax administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding tax-related documentation and support for external audits.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes to tax regulations (UU Perpajakan) to ensure full compliance.
- Archive and maintain organized tax filing documentation for record-keeping purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in taxation or accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/25).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tax reporting deadlines.
