Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain plastic injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Monitor and control molding processes to meet production targets and quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to molding processes, equipment, and materials
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and refine mold designs
- Conduct regular maintenance and preventive care of molding equipment
- Document and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper molding techniques and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding operations
- Strong knowledge of different types of plastics, their properties, and molding characteristics
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines
- Familiarity with mold design principles and injection molding process parameters
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
