Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process billing invoices accurately and within deadlines
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections from clients
- Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and payment histories
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries professionally
- Prepare regular reports on billing status and collection performance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless billing operations
- Adhere to company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 in Accounting/Finance preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounting roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
- Experience with billing software is advantageous
