Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
- Collaborate with production managers to create and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding production output and inventory status.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all planning activities.
- Support the procurement team in material requirement planning (MRP).
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC or Production Planning roles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or manufacturing software.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (Indonesian is a plus).
