Tanggung Jawab
- Manage product lifecycle from mass production to end-of-life, ensuring continuity and quality standards
- Resolve complex production and customer issues with effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Implement process improvements to enhance product reliability and manufacturing efficiency
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product performance
- Develop and maintain documentation for product specifications and manufacturing processes
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or related technical role
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and testing procedures
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with data analysis tools and statistical methods
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
