Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle for analog/mixed-signal semiconductor solutions
- Define product specifications and drive cross-functional alignment between design, test, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance targets through rigorous validation
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices in product engineering methodologies
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to implement innovative design improvements
- Drive technical problem-solving for complex product issues and field returns
- Stay current with semiconductor industry trends and emerging technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of product engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Expertise in analog and mixed-signal design validation and testing
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor product development lifecycles
- Experience with CAD tools and simulation methodologies
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and technical communication abilities
