You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met while optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical planning, design, and execution of product development initiatives from concept through launch.
- Coordinate technical tasks and projects within a complex matrix organizational structure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage Power BI and other data visualization tools to create comprehensive reporting dashboards and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, reduce time-to-market, and optimize operational costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and communicate progress updates to senior stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical field).
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical tasks and projects in a matrix environment.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools, specifically Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
