In this role, you will take ownership of complex product engineering projects from concept through production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to deliver products that meet stringent performance, cost, and schedule targets. Your ability to leverage data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI will be essential in analyzing product performance, identifying trends, and driving data-backed decisions. Experience leading technical tasks within a matrix organization will enable you to coordinate efforts effectively and ensure alignment with global engineering standards.
Key responsibilities include defining product specifications, conducting design reviews, managing prototype builds, performing failure analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in product development. Your technical expertise in areas such as electronic/mechanical systems, reliability engineering, and manufacturing processes will be highly valued. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements is an added advantage.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product design and development activities from concept to production, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to achieve project milestones in a matrix environment.
- Utilize data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI to monitor product performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven improvements.
- Conduct design reviews and risk assessments (DFMEA, PFMEA) to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
- Manage product lifecycle processes including engineering change management, obsolescence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product issues, collaborating with global teams as needed.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering standards, best practices, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for product performance analysis.
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively coordinate work across matrix organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards (ISO, IEC) and regulatory requirements relevant to product engineering.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and engineering change processes.
